Upcoming Meetings for the month of January.
January 2, 2025
Dear Association Members,
The Douglass Ranch Board of Directors will conduct two meetings in January to provide community updates and to adopt and ratify the DRPOA 2025 budget. Final agendas will be sent prior to the meetings.
Virtual Meeting January 15.
The first meeting will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, January 15, to be conducted on Microsoft Teams. The final agenda may include additional topics, but a primary purpose is for the Board to adopt our 2025 budget.
Budget Ratification January 30
The second meeting will be in person, to be held at Elk Creek Elementary School at 6:00 PM on Thursday, January 30. Agenda items will include local experts speaking on:
Managing forested areas
Fire risk mitigation
Options to fight pine beetle infestation
The DRPOA membership will also vote to ratify the budget at this meeting. We encourage our members to attend.
